These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Junk Junkies Texas LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Junk Junkies Texas provides junk removal, furniture removal, appliance removal, estate cleanout, garage cleanout, commercial junk removal, moving services, and yard debris removal in Spring, TX and surrounding areas.

2. Booking and Scheduling

• Services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis
• We will provide you with an estimated arrival window
• Same-day service is available based on our schedule
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances

3. Pricing and Payment

• Our minimum charge is $750 for a full trailer load
• Pricing is based on volume of items, type of items, and disposal fees
• We provide free, no-obligation quotes
• Final pricing is confirmed before loading begins
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards
• Senior discount (10% off) available for customers 65 and older

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us at (346) 413-9644
• We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee

5. Items We Can and Cannot Accept

Items We Accept:

• Furniture, appliances, electronics
• Yard debris, construction debris (non-hazardous)
• General household junk
• Office equipment and furniture
• Most items typically found in homes and businesses

Items We Cannot Accept:

• Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, pesticides, asbestos)
• Medical waste and biohazard materials
• Radioactive materials
• Explosive materials
• Materials prohibited by law or regulation

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure clear access to items for removal
• Identify all items to be removed before our team arrives
• Notify us of any hazardous materials or special requirements
• Secure pets during service
• Provide accurate information about items and location
• Be present or provide access to property during scheduled service

7. Liability and Insurance

• Junk Junkies Texas is fully licensed and insured
• We take reasonable care to protect your property during service
• We are not responsible for items left behind that you did not identify for removal
• Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property or items
• Customer should notify us immediately of any concerns or damages

8. Disposal and Recycling

• We prioritize eco-friendly disposal methods
• Usable items are donated to local charities when possible
• Recyclable materials are taken to appropriate recycling facilities
• We comply with all local, state, and federal disposal regulations
• We cannot guarantee acceptance of donations by charitable organizations

9. Service Areas

We serve Spring, TX; The Woodlands, TX; Conroe, TX; Tomball, TX; Cypress, TX; Houston (North), TX; Magnolia, TX; Klein, TX; and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary by location.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations beyond the scope of junk removal and hauling.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junk Junkies Texas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
